Sarah Gilbert Fast-Track Technical Lead

Sarah graduated in law from the University of Kent in 2005 and has specialised in road traffic personal injury claims at both high street and national firms since. Sarah is an Associate Paralegal member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
Prior to joining Scooters and Bikes Legal in 2022, Sarah gained experience dealing with a wide variety of fast track and multi track personal injury work acting for both Claimants and Defendants to include domestic and foreign road traffic, public and employers’ liability, clinical negligence, criminal injuries, acts of terrorism and fatal accidents. Sarah has successfully brought claims for clients against numerous high profile Defendants.
Outside of work, Sarah has a keen interest in genealogy and music. She enjoys attending concerts, extreme rollercoasters, writing children’s stories and spending time with her dog.

Corinna Emery Legal Advisor

Corinna joined Scooters and Bikes Legal in 2016 as a fast-track personal injury claims handler.
Away from work Corinna enjoys cooking, gardening, and walks with her dog chip a rescue collie cross.

Chloe Plowman Fast-Track Team Lead

Chloe joined Scooters and Bikes Legal in 2019 after graduating from the University of Leicester with a degree in Law. Chloe deals with Personal Injury Claims with a particular interest in psychological injuries.
Outside of work Chloe enjoys spending time with her family and socialising with friends.

Dawn Whittle Legal Advisor

Dawn joined Scooters and Bikes Legal in April 2022 having taken a break from the Personal Injury sector in 2014. Dawn handles claims within the Fast Track and has many years of experience in personal injury having previously worked at a nationwide Claimant firm. Outside of work Dawn enjoys spending time with her family and travel.

Viv Cherry Chartered Legal Executive

Viv has worked in Personal Injury claims for more than 20 years representing both Claimants and Defendants and joined Scooters and Bikes in January 2023. Viv is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. Outside of work Viv enjoys running, cycling, keeping fit and playing the clarinet.

Carol Stanton Chartered Legal Executive

Carol joined Scooters and Bikes Legal in April 2024 and has worked in many areas of the law for almost 30 years. Carol enjoys representing Claimant’s following Road Traffic Accidents and is passionate about securing them compensation following someone else’s negligence. Outside of work Carol has been married for 33 years and has twin daughters. In her spare time Carol enjoys playing tennis and is current ladies captain at Camberley Tennis club.

Khurram Razaq Fast Track PI Legal Advisor

Khurram has worked in claims for over 17 years specialising in RTA personal injury claims . Khurram has experience of both fast-track and multi-track claims. Khurram also assisted several firms on the operational and management of teams, training, and system procedures.
Outside of work Khurram enjoys playing cricket, travel and exploring different hotels across the globe. He is also an aviation enthusiast and has obtained his private pilot’s licence.
